You could always open the PDF file and maximize it to full-screen size, then press the "PrintScreen" key (usually shows as PrtScn), which will copy the image on your monitor to the clipboard. then use a graphics program to open the image from your clipboard, and save it as a JPG file.

If you have Photoshop or anything like that then just open the PDF image in it and then save it as a jpeg
