-
Believe it or not yes, because I wanted to join the rest of our society in being medicated.
-
Yup. Prozac, Focalin, and Abilify.
-
I had to take Amitryptyline, for depression when I was 15. I couldn't handle it because it made me so drowsy and I suffered from sleep paralysis.
-
I am on Zoloft for panic attacks & Xanax for when I actually have them. The Zoloft seems to keep them to a minimum so I do not have to take so much Xanax.
-
Yes. They weren't yours were they? Sorry, my bad!

Yes. I took Prozac for a while after my divorce 17 years ago. It seemed to help. I think anyone suffering from depression should seek help and consider medications.

I have been taking Paxil for a couple months so far. It seems to help out alot. Also I take xanax when needed, also helps. So far so good, no complaints on either.
-
After my third child, I had mild post-partum depression and I was on Celexa for about 6 months max. It was very helpful and made me really enjoy my baby and other kids, although I certainly wouldn't want to be on it for a long period of time. No weight gain or lack of sex drive on Celexa, although I was WAY more calm and little more tired.
-
No. They're evil.

I have taken Prozac Paxil Zoloft, and so many others(shorter periods)and today I am on Celexa. They have made my life sooooo much better(for 30 years or so I have been depressed in the winters(seasonal depression) and unmedicated for over 25 of those years,,This is the first winter I haven't hed depression in all those 30+years. Small amounts of anxiety meds, but some of those are addicting and as a recovering drug addict I won't take them unless it is for short periods.(bi-polar meds are not like anti anxiety meds which are mostly benzodiazopenes)(sp?)
