  • I heard that Vista is hard to use. It's up to you if you like the style of Vista or Mac.
  • Only you can answer that question. You can't go by the advice of others on this issue simply because everyone has their own priorities, preferences and peculiarities. My suggestion would be to arrange to visit people who own Mac and Vista computers and have them give you a tour. Note the performance and ease of use. If the Mac user has Windows running on their Mac, make them show you how that works. Then evaluate the pros and cons of each and decide. But if you're going to just take my advice, I'd go check out Macs. (that should stir the pot for a while)
  • Go mac. vista has too many problems.... its very unstable but very user friendly. In the long run, you'll find mac is a lot better to run. If your running if for gaming then go vista i guess... even better would be xp since its a lof more stable and you will have a lot less problems.
  • If those are your only two options (No XP??) Go with a Mac... Vista blows!
  • Mac's are most certainly more user friendly and more stable. They are also less likely to get a virus.
  • If you want to be able to use all the most popular software and games then Vista is the answer. I have been using Vista at home and at work for over a year, anyone who says it is hard to operate also cannot set the time on there VCR. If you are familiar with windows 2000 or windows xp you will not have any problems with vista.
  • Get a Vista, prove to me that you got it with photographic evidence, and I'll give you twenty dollars.
  • Get a Mac or XP theyre both better than vista, also new macs can also run windows XP and possibly vista also
  • It really depends on what you want to do with it. Are you doing video/audio editing? Go MAC. For just a gaming computer, go PC. More games are available for it. It's really all about preference though.
