90% of the time I mean it. 10% of the time I'm being sarcastic. BTW, "It was good to see you!" hehehehe
-
I mean it, I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it. I'd probably say something that was more middle of the roadish.
-
i mean it!!!!
-
people say it for different reasons - u can normally tell by their face - if they are smilling when they say it and the cock their head slightly they are endearing and being honest - if not then they probably dont mean it!
-
Depends on who I am talking with... Generally, if it isn't good to see them, I'll just not say anything.
-
I've said it a few times to a few fellow AB'ers and I meant every word of it.
-
I usually say it just to be nice.
-
If I say that, I mean it...
-
It should be both.
-
If I didn't mean it I wouldn't have said it.
-
I never say "It was good to see you..." plus even if I did it denotes that there may be another long period of time where you two won't see each other/talk to each other again.
-
Ill say it whether its true or not
-
Depends on who it is....
-
When I say it, I mean it. Being nice for no reason wastes energy.
-
If I say it, I mean it...if someone says it to me and even if I was not particularly ecstatic to see them, I will say, "good to see you, too", just to be nice. No reason to be rude. But usually if I say it at all, I mean it. :-)
-
it depends on who it is:)
-
I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it.
-
I always mean it, any human contact is much appreiated.
-
When I say that to someone I always mean it.
-
It depends... Sometimes it is good to see certain people... But if I run into someone that I didn't like in highschool and they come up to me like we were friends or something... And I accidentally slip out the words "It was good to see you!"... Then I didn't really mean it... That's mean...
-
I wouldn't say it if I didn't mean it . I would just say goodbye and leave it at that.
-
I usually mean it.
-
I think that's code for "get away from me you freak i never want to see you again!!"
-
If I'm actually talking to someone I haven't seen, and enjoyed seeing them...thats a great way to send them off into their day. I'd actually mean it, too. I'm not going to say that to someone I don't care about. Do you mean it everytime you say it?
-
I say it to be nice, but I always mean it.
-
Usually I mean it...but sometimes...
-
G'day Drew, Thank you for your question. If I say that, I generally mean it. If I am not that fond of the person, I would say something polite but not effusive. Regards
-
Well I usually mean it. But sometimes I just say it because its what the other wants to hear.
-
I say a lot of things I don't mean, after all that is my job!
