The symptoms of ulcers are different in different people. Some people don’t even realize that they have an ulcer but some feel strong pain or a burning feeling in their stomach. Indigestion, heartburn, dyspepsia and hunger pangs are some of the common signs for ulcer. Yes. I got ulcers early in life. I don't have much problem with them now though. I think it's related to stress since I got divorced I don't have stress in my life! Lol
