I have a 4.3 v-6 Chevy Full size van. It runs good but after a little while it acts like it is running out of gas and eventually quits while I am driving. I put it in nuteral and start it again, It runs but the check engine light flashes quickly.

if it has a throttle body like mine, had same problem ,kinda, but it didnt actually die on me. off the bat it sounds like your catylitic converter. if that aint clogged, your MAP sensor could be goin out(75bucks),,, but check your cat conv. 1st and thats free if you take it off and punch all the shit out of it with a 4 foot piece of rebar or something strong and small in diameter like that.

maybe the fuel filter is clogged also cheaper than a map sensor, mine was clogged on my van and it ran like ass
