Should illegal immigrants accused of violent crimes be allowed bail or face immediate deportation?

If illegal immigrants are picked up by police, they should be deported period! However, if they are accused of a crime they need to stand trial first,(no bail - they are a flight risk) if they are guilty they go to jail, if they are innocent they go back to their country of origin. If they want to come back, they can do so legally.

Accused is not guilty; if it is proved that this is the case, then most definately deport him after he has done his sentence. From prison to airport. His passport should then be destroyed. And data disallowing him to leave his country before 10 years is up?

No bail. If convicted do the time and then deportation. A hard labor camp I amight add. Illegal aliens are a terror.

Neither. Illegal immigrants accused of violent crimes should be tried in a court of law, and if sentenced, they should serve time in prison and THEN be deported. If they are a violent criminal, why deport them immediately without paying for the crime first? If they came in illegally once, what makes you think they wouldn't do it again? So, then you deport a violent criminal and he sneaks back in to commit more crimes? Makes no sense.
