He says, "I like girls with big fat titties. I like girls with big vaginas." I saw an interview with the creators of it. They said that the one who voices Kenny talks into the crook of his arm near the elbow to do the muffling. Edited to add: my answer is based on the original song and the early seasons. Apparently the vaginas are first and titties are second in later seasons.

Oh my god, I've just realised I've been interpreting that theme song wrong for years!! The line "Friendly faces everwhere humble folks without temptation" I thought was "Friendly faces everwhere, homo folks without temptation" Oh boy was I wrong... Man I feel stupid.
