I doubt a friend would do this behind your back, so I guess you wouldn't be losing a friend, Even if a person was ugly, a friend would see past that and not think it.

Confront the friend privately and find out why they felt the need to act like a bitch. I'd give them one chance to act like an adult and settle it, and if they wanted to play games, I'd probably just stop talking to them. There's no need for petulance in my life. I have enough nieces and nephews.

I would tell this so-called friend that I was aware of the fact they were saying this and ask them why they were saying this about me. I would question our friendship. When it comes to relationships of this nature, beauty truly is only skin deep.

Assume that the person is just jealous of my fabulousness and spend a year or so pretending they don't exist.

I would confront them and tell them that it is not something a friend would do... but i know my friends too well and that they wouldn't do that... I've been best friends with them since elementary school...

id think.. friends dont talk about their friend behind their back... and so... even though... the person is trying to make me look bad by saying things.... it makes that person look alot worse... for thats when the listening people learn.. oh yeah.. dont want to have this person as a friend huh

Nothing. Usually when you hear someone said something, the whole picture isn't given and things get misconstrued.

First, who told me that and why? Maybe the teller of this so-called insult is telling an untruth for some unknown reason. I would confront my friend and tell him/her what I heard and also provide the source. If you tell someone something like that, you'd better be able to stand up to confrontation by the person you are accusing. :)

I'd pull up my list of friends, left click and do a little highlighting and hit the delete key...then continue to be as beautiful as I usually am...particularly in my heart and mind! Those who are important to me --true friends-- will know how downright beautiful I really am. :-)
