Biggest is not always the problem. In my hometown, it's lanternflies. They are good to step on or stomp. Residents are encouraged to do so, since they are considered a destructive, invasive species.

Grey squirrel has wiped out a lot of our red squirrel population. American mink. Japanese Knotweed a big problem now. False widows from Canary islands (not deliberately introduced came in crates of fruit from Canary Islands).
