Yep, first things first is to find a nearby source of potable water. Then build a shelter made of thorny bushes to keep wild animals out. I'll look for plant-based repellents like poultices from strong-smelling plants to deter mosquitoes and other insects. Food wise: wild plants, roots, nuts, fruits and fish make a good meal.

⭐️Creamcrackered Yeah, I think it's the mosquitos and sand flies that push the contestants over the edge the most. Glad to know you have survival skills. -
𝘑𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘺 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 ⭐ I noticed your question is under Life and Society. Your question should be under "Television shows." I see now you are referring to the TV show. -
⭐️Creamcrackered Well both really Jenny, but I thoughtvthe TV show gave a good exampleof what I meant. -
𝘑𝘦𝘯𝘯𝘺 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 ⭐ There's other users who have never heard of the TV show. I look at the category, just in case they are trick questions. LOL -
⭐️Creamcrackered I think there's an Aussie version, and Shadows in Ireland so he may know. -

Ill be right I once was a feral that lived on the beach ,national park and roadside stops for about a year. When you run out of money on the other side of the country where you have no family I had no where else to go, its hard to get a job when your a homeless bum wearing filthy dirty clothes at the interview. I've spent many hours fishing because I didn't have much food.
