  • I prefer to keep my problems to myself, knowing other people have it far worse. This is what motivates me to look on the bright side.
  • The main reason is it still holds a stigma. So despite 1 in 3 people in their lifetime having a mental health problem, it's still seen as a weakness to talk about. And like when an animal is hurting on the outside, it will hide it's pain to prevent predators, by disguising a limp, not whimpering in pain, us humans do the same with mental illness. Personally, the amount of mental illness is a reflection on how sick and stressful our societal structure is for the human being. But of course THEY don't change that do they? Sick, over worked, over stressed, financially stretched human beings/doings. https://youtu.be/xyHoohNyYkw?si=7YuLBfBMyWNHP49q https://youtu.be/C5Z8CoKcrQc?si=4b5rQF8MavkcZiR4 https://youtu.be/6z7ug3B_Sts?si=eOmN1Vusbl2YwW_B
