everything has gone up 5 years ago I used to say I spent $50 on a bag of shopping for me at home now its $100. thats only meat bread milk and a few vegetables, luckly for me I get a fair bit of meat eggs and vegetables from the farms I visit and grow some vegetables at in in thebackyard
