No, I don't recall a particular subject of conversation that I have stayed away from. LOL 😂

Depends on the audience and how receptive they are. Strangers? I steer clear of politics and religion, unless on a question and answer site with people who like open debate or discussion. Unless initiated by them, I ask questions about them, and vocal no opinion of my own and just listen to their response, in this way they tell you what they believe and if adverse to your own beliefs, or vehemently defensive of them, and so not open to conversation, I remain vague, or neutral, because 1) I like learning about others, as I already know myself. 2) I wish for conversation in everyday conversing not arguments or debates. Of course if people know you and are close to you, it allows you to be more relaxed, and be yourself.
