9/1/2025, it's been 18 years since someone broke into your house. I'm sure you were showing something ostentatiously to attract attention. No thief goes around breaking into people's homes for no good reason. In your case, you really don't need a gun, unless you lived in a ghetto, and you heard gun shots going off every day.

The old bloke that used to live around the corner from me might disagree about that. Who was Harry Wright

You said "used to live." Is everything all good in your neighborhood?

My town is a hole plenty of ferrals here. Its old and shitty Ive never had any trouble here , I liked it better when there was less people. There used to be gun club shooting every Sunday but the do gooders got rid of them. Townsville people come and go like myself locals like stealing there its hot as hell so open windows are easy to find. Thieves sprayed hairspray in my dogs face that time.

You're saying your town was once safe before it got overcrowded with wild and aggressive people. Then you say you want to sell your house and move elsewhere, assuming to a nice community. You still do not need a gun if you move out, because that's the whole idea of moving to a safer place.

Meanwhile, since you are living in a dangerous place as you described, the best thing you can do is accept the best offer for your house, do not get greedy and leave. That is, if you value your life, since you are not Charles Bronson in Death Wish to be cleaning up the town. You could have moved out years ago, so there are no excuses. LOL

I must like it better than working all day every day, currently I spend plenty of days playing pool or doing what I want to do

I work every day, except on the weekends and holidays. Take some days off when you can. Rest provides a break from daily stressors, allowing the body to relax, destress and recharge.
  • I agree. Research shows that gun ownership is associated with higher rates of homicide, suicide, unintentional firearm deaths and injuries.
