I don't think so. It didn't on the old site.

8/30/2025, the old Answerbaggers registered prior to 2016 can no longer log in to this site, cause in 2016, the new version of Answerbag started. Users had to *register* in order to continue to use Answerbag. I know, since I found my old Answerbag account from 2012-2015. I have my username and password written down on a notebook. I tried to sign in with my old account, and I couldn't get through. So those users from the old Answerbag are inactive. Now, if any user from the new Answerbag quits this site, their accounts will still be active, and ready to use again, just as long as their internet browser remembers their log in information. Answerbag does not have the feature were users can delete their accounts. If any user quits this site, their avatars will be visible, being that we cannot change our avatars. For those users who are using the Answerbag default avatar, they can edit their username to Anonymous and also edit their posts to just a dot. Nobody will ever know who they were. But then again, if you have been here long, it will be too many posts to edit. Another way to have your account terminated, I have seen some users who acted up on this site by cursing 🤬, and the Answerbag moderators deleted most if not all of their posts to blank.

No, it won't. Your account will remain active permanently.
