  • Perfectly normal. Many add other condiments or nothing at all.
  • Heads up: I don't put ketchup on fries unless the fries are horrible. SO, that being said: "normal - characterized by that which is considered usual, typical, or routine". * The "usual" behavior of Americans is to put ketchup on fries. It's nearly universal. In that regard, I'm abnormal. * But - for example - in the UK "normal" is salt and vinegar (far, far better option IMO), and in Belgium and France "normal" is mayonnaise.
