Sometimes, usually in the summer when I don't have jacket pockets for phone, keys etc. In the UK we call them "bum bags." "Bum" is UK slang for the buttock area, "fanny" has a different meaning here...

  Thanks for sharing! "Bum" and "fanny" means buttocks in US English. I looked up "Fanny" in UK English. It refers to a woman's sexual organs. A fanny pack somewhat resembles a second vagina. lol
