How did you post an article from November back in October?! Anyway, your question is a fantastic one. I believe this is on the minds of most voters. But, unfortunately, if we end up with Trump vs Biden, Round Two, which I am 95%+ certain we will, the campaign platforms of the two candidates will likely be almost exactly the same: "I am NOT the other guy. You don't like the other guy. Vote for me!" In retrospect, he's got a very low batting average on campaign promises, especially if you factor in mitigating information, but he still has a year to get things unblocked (although it'll be a year of a divided congress when he already had two years of a full democrat legislative machine that still didn't accomplish most of his goals).
