10/4/2023, yes I did. This is a serious problem. I have a Russian friend on social media who also said he received the alert. What a coincidence. We never know what will happen next. There could be a far worse virus in the making, WW3 to a nuclear attack.

We had a similar "emergency alert" test in the UK a few months ago. The alerts were supposed to sound around 3pm, most did (mine included) but some people didn't get the alert until much later. It was possible to deactivate the alert on the phone & opt out.
