  • You get out of them what you invest into them. This includes pain. The purpose of the journey is to learn and grow. Not everyone chooses to abuse. Not everyone chooses to take the abuse.
  • Have you ever heard of people who are in loving relationships for 50 years together? Have you ever looked up that statistic? Its just doesn't grab the headlines, does it? You don't go looking for the happy endings do you? Because that wouldn't line up with your flawed narrative. One bad relationship shouldn't poison you on all of them. Start looking for what you WANT TO FIND and you will find it. Then if you want it emulate it. Make your life what you want it to be. No one else made the rules for your life. You admitted you're at least 40 who you are now is a result of your choices. If you've had a bad life maybe its because you made some bad choices. Start making the right ones and maybe your life will get better, but at 40 its time to quit blaming everyone around you for THE RESULTS OF YOUR LIFE CHOICES!!
  • A romantic relationship is worth it if they are right for you in which there is no hurtful wrongdoings. In reality, there are arguments in a relationship because of certain differences although the person you’re with has similarities to you and being like minded. My advice to you is not get married if anything bad happens otherwise the both of you have to spend money for a divorce. It’s a matter of finding the right person for your needs in which there is compatibility and mutuality. The search can take time and if you’re serious about a relationship, just try to be patient and outgoing in order to search for the one. Also, death happens to us all so one of you will go before the other. There is emotional pain when losing someone you love and that is a natural feeling.
