Real users may get a warning. ⚠ Answerbag makes it clear for spammers: "No advertising or spamming is permitted. If in doubt, leave it out." Now, if it's a bot account, I'm sure the Answerbag moderators are smart enough to identify them, and will not hesitate to delete their accounts.

It seems as Jenny the Great wrote if AB knows the user is a real person vs a bot and if that member spams they'll be warned.

On the old AB they used to delete spam accounts even if they were only slightly spam accounts that also posted a bit of interesting stuff. I don't know about this version of the site.
