  • Not unless Biden is shot or something. Even then, the Vice President will step in (and be sworn in as President). So: no, I can't imagine any reasonably likely situation that would result in us being without a President on Nov 2024 or on any date in the near future.

  • Any reason why you expect that to be the case? I mean, Biden is pretty old to be in the most stressful job position in the world. If something were to happen to him, I could totally see the GOP trying to say that Harris cannot become president, for whatever reason. So, I do see it as a possibility, but, I don't see it as the most likely scenario.
