I'm eating melon for breakfast, drinking water, tea, coffee and green tea and ginger, not eating until dinner. I cut the carbs, eat meat and veggies. You have to get use to hunger. And it's quite nice actually being hungry. Food doesn't burn calories, well maybe chewing a coconut, or celery, but water with slices of lemon or lime can speed up metabolism (I think). You need to just eat less, eat right, and exercise. Snacks consist of pears, strawberries, bananas, oranges not all of them though.

Have little treats once a week like a couple of cubes of chocolate or for me a strawberry milkshake drink, because you don't want losing weight to spell out treat deprivation, you're more likely to yo yo diet otherwise, use healthy eating rather than dieting, and view food as fuel, what you put in, either decreases or increases performance, sugar and carbs increase heart problems diabetes and cancers. Finally, use your time to absorb yourself in life, so time passes and your not clock watching or bored, read, not sure if you work, but also find things you love doing, reading, gardening, visiting places, see what's on locally, volunteer. But most of all, get use to feeling hungry, very few westerners know what true hunger is. Hope this helps DWW :) -
