    yes there should be a division of them, there main job would be to goto the jails and visit scumbags and beat the crap out of them or ride around in the brawler van.     Because police agencies are individual organizations with their own regulations, a diagnosis of PTSD in itself may not disqualify a person. A more important determining factor to individual behavior will be the training and testing done (or not) by these individual agencies.
