Just go on with life as if they weren't to blame - they never take responsibility for it anyway. And I'm not talking about Conservatives here. In a Conservative world, gun ownership would be encouraged and gun safety would be taught to children at a young age. The Democrat mindset to disarm citizens only affects law-abiding people but does nothing against criminals that make up the core problem. If you'll look at the facts, you'll find that none of the shooters were law-abiding citizens - if they were, they would have considered the consequences of their actions before they acted.
