  • The chiropractor I see once every 10 years or so (as needed) is a practitioner of Applied Kinesiology. He examines me to find out why I have sore muscles then prescribes a natural cure supplement to take care of it.

  • If muscles are inflamed then ice, if muscles are tight then heat. Massage is also extremely useful, you can use a used rollerball deodorant stick for this, first apply heat, then massage the area with the deodorant stick, then stretch. There is no point trying to stretch tight or knotted muscle, it has to be worked first to release tension to lengthen and relax the muscle.
