How do you manage to live with someone who causes your mood to drop rock bottom by the way this happened today?
I have a mental illness is Bipolar and my cousin caused my mood to hit rock bottom by the way she has a substance abuse history

That's called an abusive relationship. Its also called a Toxic relationship. I was told to get rid of those relationships when I was in treatment. It is easier said than done especially with the pandemic and financial situations being what they are. 😕Good Luck.😒

DancesWithWolves Well. they go from telling me that they got money stolen to the point of telling me they got their xanax stolen and sadly this person has a drug addiction history and she claims to had her methadone lowered but who knows this person is a cousin can't be trusted

Talk to your therapist about that. I assume you have one. You might also consider avoiding your cousin.
