Revamp of job application forms in governments and private sectors is needed to prevent nepotism and cronyism. Do you agree or not?
There are so many other fields in job application forms in the government and private which could led to cronyism and nepotism like referral section, family members section and your former school history section. Connection space in job application form that should not exist. In all, a revamp of job application is needed to ensure fairness and justice.

Victorine Untrue. I know plenty of Democrats with government jobs who did not benefit from having relatives who could refer or otherwise assist them. They tend to be highly-educated and well-qualified people. Less well-qualified people may need the help of friends or relatives no matter how they vote. If you think conservatives don't seek such assistance, you are very naive.
