"Forced"? She wasn't "forced". She simply chose to do it when he was in a hurry. It doesn't say anything about him that she did so. You're trying to make something out of nothing. Surely you know that presidents and other politicians are often prompted by staff in various circumstances? That's part of the staff's job, and a VP is a member of a president's staff.
