• Take Tylenol before you use it.
  • You should probably see an orthopedist. If something is wrong you don't want to make it worse. If its arthritis you need to push through. Try switching to a cycle for a while, and see if that lets your ankle and calf heal so you can go back to jogging. Does it hurt when you walk? Jogging is not good for the body.
  • Then don't jog. Maybe try something lower impact, like a stationary bike or elliptical.
