Can other people easily read your writing?

Yes they can although my handwriting is not that great.

No. My career has had me working alone a lot, and I am constantly making notes. So I have my own short hand that most people look at and cannot decipher. Which actually can be a good thing when it comes to proprietary information.

there is no need for other people to read my writing... my correspondence on the job is all typed

Hehehehehehe.... my writing is the teacher's bane. No, my writing is absutly HORRIBLE. Seriously, only teachers it seems, can read it. Don't even know how, I can barely read it half the time!

Only with code breaker. I have terrible hand writing.

It's legible. I have my own font that is two degrees better than chicken scratch. For clarity I print.

Of course they can, I do it in Word and Thunderbird - no problem.

I try to print all my correspondence, even though it seems more formal, because my handwriting is so bad. Some days, I can't read it myself, and I sometimes ignore the lines on notebook paper and the handwriting curves up or down by the end of the sentence. It doesn't help that I prefer writing with a pen to writing with a pencil. A lot of people can't read it, but I think it gives me an advantage in an academic setting because I have an easier time deciphering the professors' terrible handwriting. I also think I inherited it partially from my dad because our handwriting looks eerily similar, but his is a little more legible.

If I write for myself only, I can`t understand even myself sometimes, but if I write other people will read, I try my best to write the way everybody can read.

Yes, my hand writing is good and easily readable.I love good hand writing. I practiced for the same.

More people can read it then I thought. But it's hard and sometimes they have to ask wtf is that.

Yeah, I think the nicest thing anyone said about it was a flight attendant on the way to Mexico. She said it was "eccentrically elegant.." Hahaha. I like my handwriting. And even now, I practice it and always try to make it neater. =) ~+~

Surprisingly yes. It is such a mixture of cursive and print (I will switch mid-word) you would think it unreadable.
