Why the big resurgance of questions from people who haven't been here in quite a while? And why does it say the questions were recent?

Linda Joy has been playing around to see if she can make the leaderboard populate a very specific way. Since there are only a half dozen active users here, I think it goes without question that it's possible to do so, and I thought she had already proven she could do it. I don't have a problem with it. If the questions themselves had an actual date on them, it wouldn't be a problem for anyone else, really.

Linda Joy Actually I was answering questions from my followers and predicted they would show up in the list at some point that week. Just showing other users that there is more than one way to get on the board. Its not just about asking questions, its also about answering and liking them. But mostly just to put some good older questions on the list. I had actually forgotten about it till I saw this. -
Linda Joy Then there are the ones AB recycles when there aren't enough questions to keep the list moving. Like the one about spidering asked around 3 years ago from the look of the q_view number. It says it was asked 'very recently'. The q_view nuber in the address line will indicate when it was asked. The ones with less than 7 numbers are old ab. Also to those with 7 numbers and the first number is 1. Those in the new ab have 7 numbers, start with a 3 and increase with each question. This is just what I have observed.

There weren't many good questions being asked, so I started answering questions from my first 4 followers, was about to do the same with the second 4 but then I saw an answer from Hardcore Conservative so I clicked that profile and answered some of the questions I hadn't already answered. When you answer a question it is put back in the list and should say recently answered.

Even when it says "recently answered," I don't think "recent" means within the last year all the time. -

It doesn't say recently answered. When you answer a question it goes back to the front of the list and says recently asked. I did recently answer all those questions within the last two weeks.
