For some reason you are not admitting to the goodness inside of you. Perhaps it's just a bad habit that can be broken. It is OK for you to think well of yourself. Make a list of all the good things about yourself. Save it and add to it daily. A good thought, a good deed, a talent you have to help others. Look at the good, there is plenty to love.
