  • I have used the oil. I applied it topically to my lower back. It did help with the pain. I took it orally but swallowing a mouthful of oil was repulsive to me! lol I'm sure the gummies were better tasting! I've been prescribed Ambien, trazodone, and melatonin for sleep (not concurrently, of course), but the doc told me not to take the Ambien while using a cpap. It was the only thing that actually helped me sleep. The other two just make me sleep harder and longer when I finally do fall asleep. I didn't notice better sleep as a result of the CBD, but then I wasn't evaluating that aspect, so maybe I just didn't notice

  • Yes I do. I have arthritis. It is effective. I've have been on it for about 8 months. Its costs $100 for a month's supply. I pay out of pocket.
