The Franck Muller "Aeternitas Mega 4" has been the most complicated since it appeared in 2008. In 2016, it was priced at $2,600,000 with platinum case. I haven't seen it priced since then.. It was even costlier a few years ago. It is a grande sonnerie-minute repeater-tourbillon-perpetual calendar-chronograph rattrapante plus many more lesser complications for a total of 36 complications.. It has 1483 total parts. It slightly beats the Franck Muller "No. 0" that was completed in 2003 after several additions.
