  • Discussing people's manners is virtually always based on one's OPINION of those manners. You seem to feel that you personally make the determination of other people's manners. Your criticism was presumably pretty harsh and because it is an opinion that others apparently do not share it was probably determined to be vulgar and highly offensive. Your criticism was inappropriate and likely seen as defamation.

      I didn't say you did, just cautioned against it. And I'll treat it as a non issue because it's not my issue. And now that I recognize its you asking I'm pretty sure it was your fault and you deserved to be fired and I hope you don't get another one until you learn to treat others with respect.
