Being engaged with life nourishes life. Is the tree or lily's existence depend on earning? The man-made bullshit measurements of value will go extinct. Time to go back to work : )

Genesis 3:19 'In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground' So basically if you don't work you don't eat. Also in the ten commandments when it speaks of keeping the Sabbath just before that it says in Exodus 20:9 'Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:' people tend to skip over that part. So we're commanded to work. We do it so we can buy groceries, shelter, clothing and other necessities to take care of ourselves like adults. However we are also told not to be prideful and puffed up because of wealth or status and to be humble and help the less fortunate.
