yes, my neighbors can be a pain that way, always talking loud in the halls, i dream of the day they all move out so i can get different ones

I visit the ocean it's peaceful there, also the church it's peaceful there as well. However even in the silence my mind stills worries about many things most recently my 16 yr old cat catching a thyroid problem which is going to cost me a lot of money.
