Can someone be charged with manslaughter if the victims medical files says do not resuscitate but they could have been saved by a Dr?
This is all hypothetical. Let's say I hit and killed a pedestrian. But they could have been saved but weren't because their medical files indicate DNR.

If the perpetrator is the doctor then no. If the person stopped breathing from natural causes and had DNR on record then no problem. If the perpetrator was someone putting a pillow over the persons face or otherwise causing their heart to stop beating then thats murder no matter how many DNRs are written in the file.
