In general -- what percentage of real estate agents do you think are capable and competent?
From my personal experience I feel that maybe 10% of the agents do 90% of the business within a firm -- the rest, mostly something to do, social contacts. What has been your experience? How do you choose?

have no idea, never deal with them, im sure a lot of them would be competent or they wouldnt be there

dumdum Not wanting to argue. So your standard is one (all or most) is competent for what and where they are or they would not be there?
