You should only spend the day in bed if you’re unwell and have an illness of some sort. If you are feeling ok and spend the day in bed that just makes you lazy but yet if you don’t have anything to do with your time it’s your choice to be lazy in bed. If you’re usually an active and motivated person I suppose it’s ok to have a day off from working out and spend time to yourself in bed.

I'm disabled and have little to do in life anymore. I have terrible sleeping habits, staying up all hours of the night but I doze off a few times. One thing I like doing, however, is eating breakfast around 6:00 am, waiting 2 or 3 hours for it to digest, then taking a long nap. This is a normal routine for me and I feel great. Hopefully, I'll stay asleep long enough to bypass lunch (I definitely need to lose the weight). "Sunday?" Who keeps track of the days of the week? My only focus is on the end of the month. And appointments I need to keep.
