No Ive meet too many well spoken liars, They spoke well but they had their pathetic hands in the till. Most of them were useless. An Unfortunate side effect of spending over half your life covered in dirt grease dust mud or worse.

Swearing in public is not an illegal offense. It just makes a person look vulgar, poorly educated and frustrated, because using offensive language comes from anger, and anger is a negative personality.
