  • I think your first step should be to talk to her about it and come to a compromise that both of you can agree on.
  • That's tough luck knowing she is a Muslim and you are a non-believer. What you can do, rip chapter 8 away from the Quran, because she will not be happy if she reads this verse: Quran 8:12 "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who [disbelieve]. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them"
  • I think perhaps you might stand a chance if she was any other religion than Muslim. That is an incredibly restrictive religion and its their way or the highway. If her parents are Muslim do not expect acceptance of your non-belief. Children in the Muslim religion do as their parents say or chance being kicked out of the family for bringing shame on the family. So think long and hard about your decisions. One of you is going to have to compromise and live with it. I doubt either of you can or want to
