Well, not unlike how there's always that mentally challenged guy attempting to put pennies in a coin operated machine, there would be a similar problem with dolts stuffing wads of TP, gum wrappers, parking tickets, unread Reader's Digests and newspapers from the Nixon-era into the coin dispenser.
