Hunger, thirst, sweaty feet, swollen sex glands and facial hair.....

Swollen feet and legs, exhaustion, sweating. Flue symptoms, vomiting is included in that. The reason i say that is because twice my sister was having a heart attack. First time I sat through it we both believed it was a type of flue and never asked for help for three days. Second time, about a month later, same symptoms and I panicked and called 911, When she was admitted she was having a heart attack.
