Cell phone plan under $20, no internet
Looking for a cell phone plan that has 500 min+ talk and text for $20 or under. No data or internet! Does anyone know of a good provider?

3-15-2017 T-Mobile offers a plan that you renew annually. I think it's 25 bux a year. You only pay for time if you actually use some. Cellular One has a similar plan for 10 bux a month and ten cents a minute, only billed if you actually use it.
