  • I'm assuming it's solids that you cant keep down. I would suggest you try having a bowl of soup when you feel hungry and otherwise keep yourself hydrated with water. You've probably picked up a stomach bug and it'll pass in another day or so.
  • 3-9-2017 Take quart of water with a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt. Sip as often as you want. That will keep you hydrated until the illness has run its course or you find an appropriate treatment.
