Neither is better than the other because attractiveness and confidence comes from within ourselves. Inner attraction is what someone can notice about another through empathy and awareness. Confidence is eventual in a person as it comes with time through personal growth whether it is slow or fast depending on the person. Both confidence and inner attraction are admired.
