Is there anyways to get my neighbor to shut up once in a while?
I live in hud housing and my neighbor from the minute she gets up till the minute she goes to bed is constantly talking to anything that moves. Im in school and i cant even do homework at home. plus i dont want to listen to it, i might want to read or whatever. she is literally talking almost nonstop. Its destroying my peace and quiet, any suggestions before it drives me nuts? and no fans dont help or earplugs either, she is that loud, im afraid to talk to management about it cause i think she might do it on purpose even more

I would have suggested ear plugs but you said that doesn't work maybe if you use ear plugs and put noise cancelling headphones over the top of that or you could call the police on her for disturbing the peace is she really really loud? usually when I have that problem I just turn my radio or TV up

pearllederman her friend that was constantly talking to her moved away so that solved that problem, she still talks but not constantly like she did -

If this person is in another unit I don't see how she is bothering you, unless you can hear though the walls. I guess I need more information.
